Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required in order to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our fault
- Any items with an incorrect/incomplete address entered or an incorrect order placed
- Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

(RLW covers return shipping costs) are applied as follows
- Receiving the wrong/damaged/missing item
- Does not work properly on your frame
Other than that, any other returns due to subjective reasons will be borne by the customer. We ship all packages via tracked shipping, so all returns need to be shipped back via tracked shipping as well.
It is expected that you will receive your refund within two weeks of handing your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner.
Before you return the item, please contact us via your email, and we will provide with return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us – no returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.
